Full preparation

Heat up cooking oil in a pan over medium high heat. Add in garlic. Fry until the aroma rises.

Then add in the chicken, followed by the prawns and squid. Cook on medium to high heat. Season with white pepper.

Pour eggs into pan and stir until almost cooked. Add in fishballs and leftover rice. Stir until evenly mixed.

Last of all, add in the Pink Lady® apple cubes and stir.

Add salt and pepper to taste.
