A local favourite, this stir-fry noodle dish is given an extra zing and flavour with this Pink Lady® apple infused version.
Full preparation

Add dry chillies, shallots and garlic to a blender and blitz into a smoothen paste.

Heat up cooking oil in a pan over medium high heat. Add the blended mixture and stir. Pour in the apple puree and mix well.

Add the prawns, squid and fishballs. Sprinkle salt to taste and stir fry. Put in the meehoon and continue to stir fry until evenly cooked. Add in Pink Lady® apple slices and stir in.
