Sweet and caramelised apples on a lightly salted butter pastry, these tarts just crumbles in your mouth.
To make the jam mixture, add sugar, cinnamon powder and blended Pink Lady® apples in a hot pan. Stir evenly and set aside to cool.
Roll out the dough and cut out small tart sized pieces. Fit the dough pieces into a cupcake tray and fill with the cooled jam mixture.
Add a diced Pink Lady® apple on top of each tart.
Bake at 180°C for 10 minutes.
